Keeper Portal
Access the VDCN Keeper Portal.
The Keeper Portal is where registered vehicle keepers and fleet managers can see their vehicles, usage and charges, and manage disputes or queries.

- View vehicles registered in your name or your fleet.
- See usage and mileage records by period and vehicle.
- Review charges and billing periods once road-usage schemes are active.
- Raise disputes or queries with supporting evidence.
- Update contact details and communication preferences.
The live Keeper Portal application is hosted separately for security reasons. When it is ready, this page will link directly to the application URL (for example your Firebase or other app hosting address).
